Our gurus

With more than six hundred colleagues in 7 countries, our P3 gurus are charged with communicating the best ideas around the Group.

The principle is simple. We empower 12 employees who are experts in their field to establish best practice and regularly share knowledge about what works and what doesn’t with their colleagues.

P3 gurus can also have an important influence on the executive team’s decision-making. Twice a year, they all meet with our chief executives to review and assess performance, and contribute to our strategies.

A great example of the positive impact achieved by the gurus can be seen in the way our core people values were developed by our HR Guru and agreed globally by every sector of the business within the Group. We now have consistent job descriptions, induction programs, performance reviews and interlinked careers pages on our all of the group’s websites.
